Really disappointed with the food and service. I went there for lunch on Saturday. Sadly there were no one served me for 30min. I asked for tap water while ordering food, however the staff just ignored us and we have to order again after half an hour. I have been waiting for my food (sushi and tempura only) for 40min. But the worse is the tempura were not well cooked. The sushi were fine but not worth for an hour waiting. Just a waste of time.

Nice place, quite crowded. I am not expert in Japanese food but everything is freaking good. They have dishes that you can’t usually find in the other Japanese restaurants Highly recommended

Busy restaurant which booking is essential. 2 seating available, from 6pm and from 7.30pm. Restaurant was packed. Best we love shallots pork wrap and teriyaki beef which It's the best I've had in Sydney.

My friend invited me to this restaurant, i was amazed by the atmosphere when i came in. Both of us ordered with the same menu ( Chicken Teriyaki Bento ), the taste is really really amazing !!! i was surprised by the superb taste and there is no doubt with the food !!! It was an easy yes for me to say that this restaurant is recomended for those people who loves authentic Japanese food !!

Still one of the best value, freshly prepared & tastiest Japanese restaurant at Neutral Bay. Every dish is nicely prepared & very yummy. If you book 6pm to 7:30pm session, be on time to enjoy your meal for 90 minutes. We have been going to this place for a long time now. Thanks Team Kyushu.

A cosy and reasonably priced Japanese restaurant. We really like their teppanyaki chicken, it’s a must have, too bag they ran out of teppanyaki squid as that’s very good too. The other good dishes are Sashimi and Beef Tataki. We also like the Japanese sake there especially Dassai. Make sure you have reservation as they are pretty popular.

I have been to this restuarant since I was a kid and always loved it. But last time I went the service was horrible. i was served oyster the size of peanuts. I asked the waitress to take it back to the kitchen and they just insisted that was the quality they serve. I saw a grin on the chef's face when I looked at him with disgust. What a disappointing experience.

Food took 35 mins to come. Found a piece of plastic in our food but manager refused to take the item off our bill. She said she could only remake the same dish which we didn’t wait for as it was going to take another 30 mins. Would not recommend this even to my worst enemy. Bye.
